Join us for a special day of Sneak Attacks! It's a fun way to show some love to undiscovered shops!
Most Mondays and Thursdays and some Saturdays, new or relatively undiscovered Etsy shops are chosen as "victims”. Many shoppers visit the sites, buying and favoriting and commenting to others, resulting in a bunch of surprise business in a very short time. It’s a great way to give a big boost to a new Etsy shop!
At 6:00 PM EST (Etsy Time) Thursday, March 1st, we are going to begin our next sneak attack. Go to www.handmademovement.blogspot.com/ at or soon after 6:00 PM and you'll see the chosen shops' names. Just click on the shops to see what goodies are in store for you. If you make a purchase, be sure to include the words "Sneak Attack" in the "message to seller.”
Don’t worry about being too late for the attack. If the shop names are still up, you can still go and make a purchase. They are up for 24 hours. Remember to come back here and chat with us as we will be here all day leading up to the attack, all night and into the following day. We love to talk about our purchases and favorites.
Some shops add more listings after learning that they’re being attacked. So, check back often!
Even if you can't make a purchase, you can still help by marking their shops or items as favorites, adding them to your circle and spreading the word. If you see something a friend or family member might like, ask them to view the shop. We welcome anyone to come in and join us with the chatter and fun! This thread is up all day the day of the attack for friendly discussions.

1. Create a treasury based on the clues given to us by our wonderful sponsor. Just use the different clues in your search and see what you find.
2. Title Your Treasury Sneaky Treasury Challenge March 1, 2012
3. Use any shops and any items you find.
4. Post the link here in the Sneak Attack Thread for us all to enjoy (so our mouths can water at the possibilities!)
THE GOAL: Try and "capture" one of the SA shops. Kinda like capture the flag. After the shops are revealed, the winner or winners will be announced, so if someone captures a shop, don't give it away! Those are the only rules.
THE PRIZE: A shoutout on the Handmade Movement Homepage!
