I’m so frustrated with this topic. I wanted to see if there were others so I searched this team for “more sections” and it yielded 42 PAGES. Not 42 pages of posts ~ 42 pages of this topic with thousands of posts! Etsy, how are you not deeming this topic important? Sellers like myself have been asking Etsy for years for more shop sections. I’m tapped, and have consolidated categories 4 deep in many sections, and I need to add at least 3 more categories. I wouldn’t even mind adding more categories to the sections I have, but there’s no more character spaces to tell buyers what’s in that section. And it’s not just for sellers, buyers are frustrated too with weeding through sections of 4 to 6 categories, or having to use the search feature for every single item they’re looking for. PLEASE, more sections. Thank you. :)

Sadly, I do not think they are working on this or even care. Ever since I started here, I have seen posts about this and the rearrangement problems, but Etsy never seems to respond. I too would love more categories.

And we need to be able to arrange those sections and have all renewed items default back to the same place as where we put it origianlly.

As a bare minimum we need double the sections. More would be better. I agree with the frustration at a lack of response from etsy admin on this. You'd think since some of them are sellers, they would be in touch with this.

I SO agree! I'd love to get double the sections.
I’d like to see buyers and sellers alike get organized and lobby Etsy for more shop sections. We need a revolution! :) (Or at least a hippy-type sit-in.)

If someone from Etsy would at least REPLY to this common and recurring request, it would be something.
But being ignored, consistently and regularly, about this seemingly reasonable request, is very disheartening.

It would be wonderful to have more sections--the more a shop grows the more it becomes a necessity. Both buyers and sellers would appreciate it. Perhaps someday.
