Postage Scan Form Please

I am so happy to see we have the ability to ship regional rate boxes now. Thank you Etsy, Christmas came early! My post office is screaming for a scan form. It takes 2 of us to walk the packages in and they are giving me cow eye looks now. Is that a future feature?

Kathy, I was able to print one off a few days ago, but now it isn't producing one...I don't know what happened to that feature.

I work for USPS and I have no idea what a scan form is. Is that a printout containing all the barcodes of the packages?

The SCAN form is available on Paypal multiorder shipping wen you print labels.
As far as I know it is not available on Etsy for label printing (unless it is a recent change?)

Sharon Ivy, the SCAN form is the summary page listing all packages in a batch. It's barcode is scanned instead of scanning each individual package label barcode.

When I asked this a few weeks ago in Site Help here on the forums, I got this reply. I haven't joined the team yet but need to because the PO is asking me for the same thing.

I've never been asked for a scan form.

They said they want a scan form because they are cutting down on workers and this will help so the back office people don't have to scan each package individually. I see most volume package people handing them one so I feel bad I don't have one to give them.

I wanted one because my postal carrier has been so great and she has a heavy route and often gets to my house late in the day...with shipping over 40 some packages, just wanted to make it easier for her.
