I was wondering is there any way to create general etsy seller protection? Each costumer should send the ietms as the packed and with secure shipping.
I have a shop policy but this is not going to stop costumers giving me negeative feedback about not paying her pack because her package did not arrive to me. When a costumer is not happy i think there should be a gneral returning policy.

we have to follow the policies of our payment processors so i do not think etsy can get involved in that.

So actually it is paypal or the banks which deals with it right?

credit card purchases are covered by credit card rules. paypal payments by paypal rules. sellers sometimes have policies that are not consistent and unenforceable because these payment processors rules override them.

How do you know what each payment processor has as rules? I know some of Paypals but not credit card companies and banks.

My credit card processor has rules, Melissa. PayPal's rules are easier than my processor, who requires signature confirmation for orders of all sizes, unlike PayPal, who doesn't require it until a $250 threshold.

There is seller protection on etsy but it doesn't protect you against bad feedback, only chargebacks if you follow their guidelines:
