Seller protection, etsy policies please

I was wondering is there any way to create general etsy seller protection? Each costumer should send the ietms as the packed and with secure shipping.
I have a shop policy but this is not going to stop costumers giving me negeative feedback about not paying her pack because her package did not arrive to me. When a costumer is not happy i think there should be a gneral returning policy.

There is seller protection on etsy but it doesn't protect you against bad feedback, only chargebacks if you follow their guidelines:
