Syndication -- roll out to older shops first

I'd like to see the active shops that have been here a long time be treated with the seniority they deserve when it comes to syndication roll out.
Is there any way to apply the new openings that are coming up to active shops that have been here the longest?
It's really discouraging when someone who opened last month gets syndicated and someone who has been here 5 years and is an active seller does not get syndicated.

yep! definitely! It's horrid to think someone may have been waiting 5 years. but yes oldest first most!

No doubt OP....I agree. It should be seniority based without question. Last night I was reading the Q & A thread on the topic w/Sean and several (many many) sellers were asking similar questions.....not one of them was answered by admin.....they were answering google shopping results questions throughout the thread, but absolutely ignored any questions regarding how the shops would be chosen to be next in line....seriously disheartening......

I wonder how they are deciding who gets syndicated first? Good points GoTo - first come first served would be nice.

I have been selling since 2009 - with 300 sales. Still no sign of syndication.
Yet sellers with a tiny number of sales who have only been open a few months get syndicated! On what basis?
Oh .. I forgot .. etsy doesn't need 'a basis' ..
As transparent as ever ...
Thanks for starting this thread

I agree. Sorry to those of you with lots of sales that have been here for a couple of years. I am syndicated, been here since end of 2009.
Seems crazy to have new shops syndicated first. They should definitely base it on seniority! After all, you've probably paid a lot more in fees than a new shop!
