Etsy, can you please give us an option to block buyers? I have a customer who returns everything--and I mean everything! Never had this problem with anyone else, and I just groan when I see a sale come through from this buyer.
I know there would be a great round of hand clapping around here if you could please provide us this option.

We've begged and pleaded for years, for a blocked buyers list function.
It is (unfortunately) a necessary selling tool.
Once more, I join in requesting this option.

I am thinking about cancelling now when she buys again, but I worry about getting a "neg" from her because cancellations take two days now--and a buyer can still "neg" while the cancellation is in limbo.
It would just be so much easier if we could block them.
Pretty please, Etsy. I get about one return a year--maybe, but this buyer returns everything! Help!

I may be super suspicious,(probably from reading all the threads about crazy buyers and scamming) but maybe they are buying to see how you make your items and then returning after they see? Of course I don't know their story or what they say to you when they return. But either way, I agree with the blocking the buyer idea.

Sounds like a great idea although I have never had anything returned. I tell the buyers that all sales are final. This means I don't refund money once it is a done deal. They can return an item and request a refund, but they better have the "excuse of the century" to get anything back! Haven't seen that yet! All sales final is a magic phrase.

I've yet to come across nasty buyers, but I can see how it would be a great feature for sellers who have better business than I do :-)

-- wouldn't work here in the UK - according to our trade regulations we have to offer refunds/exchanges for whatever reason for 7 days after
