Hello Etsy Sellers,
You can now purchase and print postage for ready-to-ship orders all at once. We hope this will save you the time and reduce hassle of creating shipping labels individually.
This will be gradually released to all sellers currently printing USPS postage over the next week.
- How does it work? -
To start, go to Your Shop > Shipping Labels > Buy Postage. This page lists all your open, unshipped orders sorted by oldest first. To purchase postage, just select any order you wish to ship by clicking on the small banner. The banner will expand to show you all the available shipping options for that order. To ship another order, just click on the next banner and start again. To load more orders, click Load More Orders at the bottom of the page.
Once you’ve selected all the orders you wish to ship and filled out all of the shipping details, you’ll see your order total in the right hand column. Click the Confirm and Buy button to confirm your order. Once you confirm your order, we’ll create all your labels and present you with a download link when we’re done.
- How much postage can I purchase at once? -
You can purchase postage for all your open orders by clicking Load More Orders at the bottom of the page. There’s no limit to the number of orders you can print postage for in one visit. If the order total is above your credit limit, we’ll show you a message with how much you’d need to pay to complete your purchase. You can either remove orders or pay your Bill to complete your purchase.
- Can I print additional labels for the same order? -
At this time we do not support more than one label per order. We hope to support additional labels in the near future.
- Where is the note to buyer? -
The note to buyer is found underneath the Confirm and Buy button. To update the note, click on the View/Edit link and make any changes.
The same note to buyer will be used for all selected orders. Each buyer will receive an email containing your note, along with their individual order details and tracking number.
- Will I receive an email for each label I purchase? -
No. We’ll send one email once we’re done with your total number of labels and associated costs.
In addition, you will not receive a copy of the buyer notification sent for each order.
- When will it become available for my shop? -
This is gradually being released to all sellers currently printing USPS postage through Etsy. We hope to have this available to all sellers by the beginning of next week.
