Also, as things change over time, we're interested in tracking Etsy's evolution and how you interact with us, the site, and its features.
I'm part of a team here that will analyze the data these surveys provide and will take your feedback on the products and services we offer very seriously. We care about your opinion and this gives us a way to hear from a large, diverse group of members in a private, candid, and confidential way.
Most of these surveys will be conducted by us directly. Occasionally we may partner with a third party firm to help us conduct research, or use a third party survey platform to send the survey. In all cases, be assured that your responses will be anonymized and kept confidential.
