Hi everyone. We wanted to let you know that we’ll be reducing the time window during which a buyer sees the link to “Request a Cancellation” on their “Your Purchases” screen from 7 days to 2 days. Most cancellations were requested within 48 hours of purchase, and buyers will still be able to convo sellers to request a cancellation if needed. We recognize that this was a pain point for some sellers, and believe it should improve both buyer and seller experience.
