Hi! I’m RobWhite, and I’m on Etsy’s Forums Team. As you’ve used the Forums, you may have noticed posts with a label that says “Highlighted Post” in the top right corner. These highlighted posts appear just underneath the thread’s original post on the first page, and in the thread summary that you can find at the top of each other page of that thread. Here’s an example of a highlighted post:

We’ve recently begun to highlight positive contributions in the Etsy Forums by members of the Etsy community. We really like when members deliver informative posts with links to helpful resources, most especially when those posts have a warm and friendly tone. We feel that posts like these lead to really positive experiences on the Forums and demonstrate the welcoming spirit that the Etsy community possesses. This is something that we want more people to see, so we’ve started highlighting some of these posts and we wanted to make sure you knew why!
==How do I get my post highlighted?==
You can get your post highlighted by offering fellow members of the Etsy community awesome answers that are friendly, provide all the right information to answer the question being asked and otherwise provide a good experience to the member asking the question.
==What if I see a great post that I think Admin should highlight?==
