Not receiving the item I ordered--HELP

How awful..!!!!
You need to take action now...check with paypal and see if you can get your money back...then by all means let etsy know what has happened.
This is just not acceptable ..
I did file the claim because I was getting worried. This Wednesday coming up would be 45 days! She had said that she was going to send me the other persons order and it should be in my hands on Tuesday-thats when I emailed her and said no I wanted my exact order or a refund-then no response since. I think she was waiting for 45 days so that I wouldn't be able to file anymore. So glad I filed now.
I only filed the non delivery claim through my invoice and then filed on paypal. I hope there isn't anything else that I need to do.
I would also suggest looking at feedback others have recently left in her shop. Does this seem to be an isolated incident or a reoccurring theme. That might give you and idea as to how hard you need to push. If she has hundreds of positive feedbacks this could truly be an honest mistake handled poorly. If there are a number of recent negatives or neutrals it may clue you into a bigger problem.
As long as you filed with paypal you will be fine. They will work for you to get your money back.

It looks like you should also file with Etsy as well as Paypal.

To file a report of non-delivery, visit Your Account > Purchases. Next, identify the transaction in question and visit Invoice > Report a non-delivery. Finally, select the item or items in the transaction that haven't been delivered, complete the simple report and click Submit Report.

You can check the on the progress of your non-delivery case by visiting Your Account > Your Cases.

If you paid with your credit card on Etsy through direct checkout, visit Your Account > Purchases. Next, identify the transaction in question and visit Invoice > Report an issue. You can then choose “I did not receive my item” from the drop down menu . Finally, select the item or items in the transaction that haven't been delivered, complete the simple report and click Submit Report.
