Adjusting thumbnail image

I apologize if this has already been posted, but I couldn't find it in the forums. I just noticed, while listing a new item for my other shop, that I had the ability to adjust the thumbnail image. Awesome new feature! I love it! It will especially come in handy with my new photography shop. Unfortunately, the feature is not there. Is this something new that is being rolled out slowly like so many others? Or is there a way to turn this on? Thanks!

I haven't seen this feature. Would be a nice one to have.
Have not seen it...
Bummer! Must be REALLY new then. It's definitely my favorite change they've made so far. They just need to roll it out!
Wow, that sounds awesome! I haven't seen it or heard anything about it, but I am definitely excited to check it out when the time comes!
Here's a screen shot from my other shop of the new feature!
It's there on the upper right part of the screen.
