Getting a sale...
Just buy a couple of things from other sellers. Not only is there a very good chance they will then leave you feedback, you will also know what the buying process is like. That is very handy as you will understand exactly what your own customers will go through when they buy from you.
A couple of observations, on the off-chance they are off some use.
Your photos are a bit dull, sorry. Could you brighten them up a little with a site like picmonkey.com? When I look at your overall shop their is no 'pop'.
You are using Hello Kitty as your avatar. This is a trademarked character, and I doubt you have paid to use it just as an avatar. It might put some people off.
I agree with artisan - to compete in the jewelry sector you will probably need a couple of pages just to be visible at all.
Now I have those 4 sales and 7 feedback (from purchasing items, too) my sales have stopped, even though since then I have worked on my SEO, photos, and have been adding at least 1 new item a day.
So, no, I don't think it's true that no one will buy from you if you don't have any feedback or sales.
You have some lovely items in your shop, so I think it will only be a matter of time before you make your first sale :-). Good luck!
