Gift baskets
Creatively re-packaging commercial items does not qualify them to be sold as handmade (for example: a gift basket consisting of non-handmade items).
Gift sets and kits that are a collection of non-handmade ("commercial") items may not be sold in Etsy's handmade categories.
To sell commercial items as a grouping, the items must be assembled as components to create a new product.

Price it the same but include the soap as a free gift. That way you are not selling an item that is not allowed.

So baby "cakes" are fine as long as they assemble the goods to look like a cake and not just a bunch of store bought items in a basket, correct?
I don't sell them but someone I know does on here. She is on hiatus due to family emergency but she's asking now that she saw this.
