unfortunately we can't help you on forums much. you may need to wait up to 2 weeks for an explanation e-mail from etsy (awful, I know), but it the meantime, read through all the TOUs and see if you can find anything that might have been the problem...

Everyone always says this in response to these threads, but once when I had an issue w/ etsy...etsy admin didn't get to me until I posted a forum thread about it.
