Check your spam folder or any other e-mail accts. that you might have associated with your shop.
Did you have copyrighted or trademarked items for sale in your shop?

We can't help you, only etsy can. Check all your emails and comply with what they ask. Best of luck.

unfortunately we can't help you on forums much. you may need to wait up to 2 weeks for an explanation e-mail from etsy (awful, I know), but it the meantime, read through all the TOUs and see if you can find anything that might have been the problem...

they should send an email explaining why, and telling what you can do to fix it

Everyone always says this in response to these threads, but once when I had an issue w/ etsy...etsy admin didn't get to me until I posted a forum thread about it.

You don't have your other account disclosed in this account that you are posting from. That violates TOU and could be the problem but who knows. Etsy is the only one who can help you. All we can do is guess.

We have no influence with this sort of thing. We don't even know what you sold. Your avatar is from a clothing company, but that may nothing at all with your closed shop.
