I got an email saying someone is disputing a case against me on paypal. There saying that they didn't approve there transaction. I sent them 83.00 worth of my product, and now they want there money back?
My question is, i am trying to respond to this on paypal like the email said too, but i can't get to anything that will let me respond. There is a 'respond' button, but it takes me to some other page and there's nowhere for me to add anything. Does anyone know where i can put in my irritated two cents? lol

Just an additional thought - your customer might not recognize your email address being used for PayPal billing purposes if it is different from your shop name.

Take a breath and calm down. Talk to PayPal and I'm sure everything will work out just fine. Don't respond in writing when you're angry.

Yes, call them. They have a very good customer service department and are willing to help you solve this.
I had a situation come up several months ago. A daughter was using her mom's paypal account without her knowing it and paypal customer service helped me keep my sanity as well as resolve the problem.

Be glad the payment was through Paypal, since they have a phone number and are easy to reach and discuss with.

Log into your paypal account and go to the 'resolution center'. There you will be able to see exactly what the buyer has stated and you can respond.
