How to iniate Kiss & Makeup?

My buyer left a positive statement but clicked Negative by mistake...When I searched the *Help* section it said that a "Kiss and Make-up" link will show up directly below the Feedback, but it doesn't show anywhere?
How do I initiate the *Kiss and Make-up" feature for my Buyer?

Odd, I can't find the link anymore. Has the feature been removed?

go to help here is the link if it doesn't work just type Kiss and Make Up in help.

Are you looking at your feedback from the Feedback link under Your Account?

Dennis is right. You need to look at the feedback link under Your Account. The KAMU link doesn't show up on the public feedback page for some reason.

Go to Your Account, then Feedback, then Completed Feedback, then From Buyers.

KAMU should show up under the feedback in red letters.

Can't find it...I am the SELLER..not the Buyer...I only find Feedback for my own
purchases..on my shop page under Feedback there is no way to initiate a KAMU

should I post in Bugs?

No - not bugs.

Look under your account -> feedback -> completed feedback

It doesn't matter that you're the seller, when your in that page, looking at your completed feedback, the KAMU link will be there.

ah, yes, there it is. Very strange that you can only find it that way. It should be visible to the account holder, no matter how they get to it.
