People favoriting my items not showing up on my page!

This has happened 3 or 4 times (that I know of)... somebody "favorites" an item in my shop and it doesn't show up on my shop site or in the items info. The only reason I find out is by going through my "activity" feed and finding my item and the person who favorited my item listed there! It's very frustrating because we are a small shop and every positive thing helps us grow. If I see an item in someone's shop that I like, it's nice to see how many other people favorite that item... plus, let's be honest, it makes us feel good to see someone liking our stuff ;)
How do I make sure this doesn't happen again??

It may just be a bug. Have you posted in "Bugs" section? I would let them know and they can check on it for you. :)

There's absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Favourites are simply bookmarks.

I'll add a selection of items to my favourites when I'm comparison shopping, or making a treasury.

Once I'm done, I'll simply unfavourite them again as I've no more use for having them marked.

It could be that they are unfavouriting them soon after. Some people favorite for their treasuries and then undo them when they are finished. Only the activity feed retains them.

it should show up in the 'item's info' under 'who favorites this '...
