i'm having trouble shipping labels, listing and editing....i keep getting this bar at the bottom that says "internet explorer blocked this webiste from displaying content with security certificate errors"....I'm not able to ship any of my orders or edit any of my listings...I can't list or renew items because of this....what is going on?

Is your version of Internet Explorer updated? Have you tried using a different browser?

You would download another browser like Firefox or Chrome (if you don't have them already) and then access the internet through that. The issues you're having seem more like a browser issue than an issue with Etsy.

You have to clear your cache and history. It will get rid of it. That happens to me on Chrome once in a while and when I clear the history and close all the browsers and open them again then it's fine.

thanks ...i've switched to chrome but still can't print my labels...but the blocked message has stopped....maybe i need to shut off my computer and start again...this is so frustrating...

Also sometimes I need to update stuff like java etc before it will let me print labels.

i've switched to chrome but still can't print shipping labels....help???

You may need to change your security setting from high to medium. Also IE often has an option to allow it for certain sites.
