RIPPED OFF

My husband ordered me some boots for Christmas we were told they were sent on the eighteenth and they would arrive between five to seven days it is now Jan 7, and still no boots? the shop owner gave us a fake tracking number and keeps making excuses I want to report her and make sure she doesnt do this to anyone else, this is fraud, we order on etsy a lot and this has never happened I'm past pissed off and I won't ever order anything on line again. Howeve can someone anyone tell me what to do to get my money back all I know to do is file a report and I did that but, I've heard nothing from anyone that runs ETSY , DOES ANYONE CARE THAT WE WERE RIPPED OFF AND WHAT DO WE DO???? PLEASE HELP??

If you paid by paypal, ask for a charge back.

What happens to the shop owner and how do they allow people to do this on this site? There must be some reprecussion of some kind?

How do you know it's a fake tracking number? What info do you get when you check it at USPS?

The shop owneer is LIXEN MILES and handle is myonecollection .

file a non-delivery claim with Paypal or your credit card company.

Once again;

Go to Pay pal and cancel the sale. I believe you have about 40 days to do this.

I was just about to tell you to contact Etsy. I believe that you go through a specific Etsy contact. I will see if I can locate it. I am so sorry that this happened to you. I order online, a lot, and from Etsy, at that! Did you pay through Etsy Direct, or PayPal? If PayPal, you can phone them, if you don't want to file online. Also, if you paid on PayPal, they can see where the money went, etc. Etsy, can also; I'm sure, if it as through them. They both cover it, also; if they see that you were cheated.

I do have to say mail during this time was horrible. i sent out shirts around that time and some customers are just getting them this week.

I also ordered a product in December that took 3 weeks to get to me. Don't know what to say about false tracking number but I do know USPS was horrible last month.

i checked the nuber she gave me and it said it didnt exist first she gave me the item number three times andIi kept telling her the tracking number needed thirteen characters she told me she lied about the number and said she checked and out item was in la then i checked and that's how I found out she wasn't being honest so then she gave me another number and that one didnt work either?
