What would you do if you came home and someone changed the lock on your front door?

Your tracking system does NOT WORK!!!!!!


You are not synched with UPS Innovations and you suspended my account for having open cases that have tracking added showing items have been delivered!!!

I have been emailing support@etsy for 2 weeks and NO ONE has responded!!

What should I do?

Please respond to me.

I am using an alias by the way. It is horrifying!!!! All my dreams came true with etsy and my hard work paid off and now this!

debbie, there may not be anyone around at the moment (at Etsy HQ) who can help you, unfortunately. Forum admin don't really have much power, and they're required to shut down most any thread with a canned response like the one you got.

Keep trying tonight, maybe send them a tweet or something, but then get up at 8 am tomorrow (eastern) and try to get someone's attention down in bugs or up here in site help; more people will be around then and you might get better service.

I know you must be going out of your mind, and I would imagine it will all be fixed in time, but you aren't going to be doing yourself any good with the forum threads - they may even hurt you in the resolution process.

So as hard as it must be, I'd recommend you hold off till the morning (there is little admin support at night) and then try back with Etsy Support per the "official" process.

I can't believe they haven't gotten back.
i only had 1 case, and it took them a week to respond and close it. (and that was when it had tracking)

If I were in your shoes (and I just read your other thread that was shut down, and I wish I were in your shoes, business-wise that is. lol), I would hire a very good attorney, is what I would do.
Totally irresponsible activity on etsy's part.
