There is a web site that always appears when I have activity . It shows sometimes 2 -4 activites and when I click on it the one same store comes up nothing else . It use to show different stores or web sites . I removed all my favorites and shows no favorites . But the shop still says I favor there shop help

If I understand your question here, you may have added this shop to your circle which is different than your favorites.

If you don't want their favorites to show up in your activity you need to take them off your circle. Go to their profile and right under their picture, there should be a button to remove them from your circle.

thank you for you help I just did what you said. when I return to my shop it shows one in my activity i click on it and it is the shop I removed it is a nightmare. this has been going on for 4 months and sales are way down from past years. I think it is blocking other people to acess my activity. help me etsy won't

Hey Ester! Once you remove the shop from your circle, their activity will stop showing in your Activity Feed, however, their old favorites will show.

thanks marie there was just one activity it was the same one i removed. what do you mean their old favorites will show it is the same one everytime no different one same one everytime

Marie is saying that even though you removed the person from your Circle, their that was in your Feed will still be there until other Activity bumps it down and then off of your feed. You cannot remove things that are already on your feed, so her activity previous to the time you deleted her will still be there, but no new Activity will show.

Ok, so let's say you removed that member from your favorites around noon....any of their favorites will still appear on your Activity Feed before noon, anything after noon, will no longer show for this particular member, since they now have been removed from your circle.

ok I removed this shop arround 5pm it is now 10 pm and stiill the sameshop is on my activity feed I first remove the shop months ago

Esther, the stuff in your feed wont disappear because you removed them. but because you removed them no new favorites will appear :)
