usually the "you might like" are pulled based on things you've looked for or bought. Say I search "covered buttons". Whether I purchase or not, I get buttons in my results. Have you been looking for porn? lol..

If you have your settings to not show mature tags items on and saw it, report it for mistagging. Is it a shop you added as a a favorite for a different item, and perhaps they've changed or added different items? My you might like is always from shops or items I've added to favorites, of course I like them I added to them to favorites lol.
