I'm having a hard time finding convos at times.
The search for convo or contact doesn't cover the Name of the other person.
Let's use my name as an example...if I went to send a convo to someone it would show up as Courtney von Nieda (vonderific). The problem I'm seeing is if I try to search my convos or contacts by Courtney I am getting no results.
If I know to search by vonderific then I can find the contact and from the contact find the convos. It would be really nice if I know a person's first name I could find them in my convos and contacts via search.
Recently i've been trying to find convos on sold orders and all I have in front of me is the shipping address with the buyer's real name and I can't come up with anything until I go in and find their username.
