Suggested I post here since this may be a bug.
I am trying to follow the guidelines to report something and the Help section says to open a case to use the "Report An Issue" selection. There isn't one on the orders. Help!????

Hi,
To Report an Issue go to Your Account > Purchases > Completed. Across from the date of the purchase you'll see blue text that says Report an Issue. If you mouse over that text you'll see two choices in a drop down: 1. I did not receive an item and 2. An item did not match its description. Make your selection and continue to follow the steps with the necessary information.

I believe the "report a transaction" option doesn't appear until 7 days after the sale, so if your purchase was recent that might be why it's not yet showing.
