No report an issue option

To Report an Issue go to Your Account > Purchases > Completed. Across from the date of the purchase you'll see blue text that says Report an Issue. If you mouse over that text you'll see two choices in a drop down: 1. I did not receive an item and 2. An item did not match its description. Make your selection and continue to follow the steps with the necessary information.
