No little green star

I have a customer who just ordered twice and there is no little green star showing as a repeat customer. Is this a bug? I searched and didn't see any info on this in the forums. I am also wondering because this same customer said they ordered before and I could find no record of the sale. Hope the search of completed sales is working.

If you're running into any trouble with the appearance of the green star on your sold orders page which indicates a repeat customer could you post the Order ID# here? From there we can investigate further.

I'm not sure if it may have been delayed (since all those orders came in today), but I do see the star on those orders now. Hope you do, too. Thanks!
