Old shop info...

Why when I copy/paste my shop to Facebook does the old shop info come up... Lost a customer due to this today!!??

Oh no! I'm sorry for the missed sale. When you post your shop or listings to Facebook sometimes older pictures or information can appear due to the way Facebook caches this information. Unfortunately, we can't control the way this information appears when posted to Facebook.

I hope this sheds a bit of light on the situation and you're otherwise having a good weekend!

Oh tyvm for getting back to me. I'll make sure I catch it for now on. Just get worried when one of the bloggers post copy/paste the shop.
