Lisa - looks like the problem is that when I go from the start and search and look at location - it gives me Portsmouth not Southsea. I can;t find anywhere in my settings where I have put Portsmouth? Its the same on my other shop as well.
I couldn't find myself either! I searched under toy Guelph, Ontario Canada and 5 items came up, none of which were mine!!

Same problem. I'm from Colorado Springs, CO. I even just re-entered my city, saved, and saw the "Great! You'll show up in local searches now!" (or something similar) message.

In all my settings I have Southsea listed - Portsmouth is a nearby city but I'm in Southsea and I was given Southsea when I chose my location - it's big enough to count, Portsmouth is the City, Southsea is the town

Yup, I'm having the same issue. Can't find myself if I search for Billings, MT. Weird thing is that I first searched "Crochet in Billings, MT" and came up with no results. Switched to just "Billings, MT" and *then* selected "crochet." Got 107 results, none of which were mine. Also checked under "jewelry" and didn't come up with any of mine, either.
