Can not check out

I currently have a customer trying to purchase items , they have entered all of their credit info correctly, but screen will not advance.
She has tried several times and the same thing happens each time.

Hi Angie,

This is a difficult issue to diagnose, even more so in third person. I would suggest to them: try a different browser to see if the issue is local to the current browser. Then contact Etsy Support directly if she continues to have problems. They can include details of the issue that we need to correctly identify and help. Here's that Support link. Thanks!

Actually the issue has been resolved,
customer was paying via credit card, and could not continue with transaction until she opened a paypal account.
However it has always been my understanding that no account was needed if paying via credit card.
