My International shipping rates disappeared on some of my listings.
I went into "Edit Listings" and put them back in, but when I "Publish", they disappear again.
If I have one shipping speed for U.S. plus one shipping speed for Everywhere Else I'm sometimes (not always) okay getting both to show up.
If I add a second U.S. shipping rate, then Everywhere Else disappears.
If I try to add a specific country, it disappears.
I had a convo from a customer in Ireland, she asked me what my shipping rates to Ireland were and I thought they were listed but when I checked, that's when I found the glitch.Put them back in, advised her, she must think I'm crazy because they are still not there for her!

HI Janet,
Could you provide a few example listings we can look over? You can also convo me the shipping rates you are trying to input so I know what I'm looking for.
One more thing; do you notice the shipping rates disappear immediately when you post, or do they disappear after some time? Thanks!

Well I've changed all my listings back to have just one rate for US and one for Everywhere Else, without listing the shipping time, so basically it's everything in my shop...
No clue when this started happening, I only found out because of an international convo. I do know that if I Edit and enter ANY "Shipping Rate", it shows up on Preview (US and Everywhere Else) but when Published, it only shows US on the listing, so that's immediate.
I was trying to enter First Class AND Priority for US and Everywhere Else. Doesn't work. Everywhere Else disappears.
PS I think it's REALLY confusing that Etsy chose shipping TIMES as choices, instead of shipping METHODS (eg Priority, Express) because the seller cannot predict the time en route...we only have control over what method we use. So we have to guess....um Priority is about 3 to 5 days, depending on address.....Express is supposed to be overnight, but only if going to a city, it takes another day if it;s out in the country....plus the holidays change everything

Hi Matt,
Well I tried it again and the same problem persists. The first listing in my shop is: www.etsy.com/your/listings/115063215
I f I show basic "shipping" for the US and Everywhere Else, they both show.
Now, let's say a customer asks what the rate will be for faster shipping, and I go in and Edit the listing by changing US basic shipping to "2-5 days" for my First Class rate....then add a second rate of "1-2 days" which is the Priority rate.
Once that is Published, the Everywhere Else drops off the listing....as if I will not ship overseas.
I didn't even realize this was happening until I lost a sale to Ireland yesterday....once I figured out what was going on and convo'd the customer, that one day made the difference between getting the item to wear on Christmas, and ....not.
Apparently the shipping options thing is in Beta?

Hey Janet,
I took a look at this listing; did you re-add the Everywhere Else shipping rate?
It does appear that they're appearing on the listing. To find the rate for other locations though you must select the location from the drop down. You can change it from United States to Ireland using the drop down and the correct rates will appear.
We did see some confusion with this when we were testing the use of estimated delivery dates. We're still working to determine the best way to proceed with this feature, but in the meantime the shipping prices will appear normally if you remove the secondary shipping speed.
If you're not seeing this drop down could you take a screenshot of how the shipping prices appear to you?
