Original Post
but the number of sales has not changed and the item did not renew itself, nor i received a mail from Etsy informs me about the sale, only PayPal email and I can see the sale in my in my activity Feed and stats.
What to do?

Looks like the order appeared on your Orders page and you have everything you need to complete the transaction. Feel free to proceed. It looks like a small glitch on our end, and we can look into that, but it doesn't look like it affected you at all. I'll also resend that transaction email for you. Thank you Matt . I Saw I got an email from Etsy about this sale, unfortunately I had to cancel it due to delivery times.

I cannot retrieve emails? It keeps redirecting me to : "A Stitch Has Gone Awry?"
