iPad app photos blurry

I installed the iPad Etsy app and noticed all the photos (not just mine) are fuzzy. Especially when you zoom. I looked at these same photos on my iPad using Google and also on my Mac and they are crisp and clear. Why the fuzzy images on the new iPad app?

HI Mary,

I haven't seen other reports of this, which tends to point to the device in question. This comment will serve to bump the thread, and we'll see if others are having the issue.

In the meantime, could you restart your device and, perhaps, reinstall the app? There's a fair chance that will improve things, and it's always good to rule out a problem installation. Thanks!
OK - I'll give it a shot and let you know. Thanks!
I have same issue on my iPad - tried restarting and reinstalling. No good. Quality is terrible!

Sorry to hear that, Hilary! Are you able to access Etsy on a different device at the moment? If so, are you notice the site is loading slowly, or are other apps/sites loading slowly on your iPad? A slow connection may result in blurry images, hopefully this will clear up soon! Keep us in the loop.
I have an iPad2- Pix are crisp and sharp
How do you zoom on iPad app photos? The photos cannot be zoomed in by clicking them to fit the fullscreen
I noticed that after clicking the thumbnails, the photos do not enlarge to a size that shows any details. Can those photos be enlarged further? They seem way too small for a customer to notice important details. On the iPhone app, customers can zoom in to see amazing detail. What happened here on the iPad app? I tried it on both my iPad 2 and iPad mini, all items appear way too small and I cannot seem to zoom. Please help
I don't look at my app much since I prefer safari.
I noticed this as well that the pictures are not as "in focus", especially the thumbnails.
Oh, I have a iPad 2.
The not in focus thing is one thing, but more importantly, the photos stay tiny, and don't allow any zooming. This is very bad for business. Very bad for buyers.
