Not receiving Etsy transaction emails
I took a look at our delivery records and we are detecting that these emails have been received (though perhaps not to your inbox). Check your spam folder to see if they've been inadvertantly rerouted. If you don't find them there you may want to contact your email service provider to see if they may be filtering them.
How long has it been since you received a transaction email? You can search your email for 'email@example.com' and see when the last one was. Then see if your email provider changed any rules for spam about that time.
