Not receiving Etsy transaction emails

and... not sure where to go to see if somehow my email preference got changed, (obviously I didn't change it if I have hunted and can't find where it would be)

Though you can set preference for convo notifications there is no option to opt out of transaction notifications.

I took a look at our delivery records and we are detecting that these emails have been received (though perhaps not to your inbox). Check your spam folder to see if they've been inadvertantly rerouted. If you don't find them there you may want to contact your email service provider to see if they may be filtering them.
I always get them. Now they've stopped coming when someone purchases. I got the PayPal invoice but no Etsy. When I bought something I got the Etsy transaction email. Hmmm.

Hi wonderworks,

How long has it been since you received a transaction email? You can search your email for 'transaction@etsy.com' and see when the last one was. Then see if your email provider changed any rules for spam about that time.

Here's the Help page for emails. It's always good to check these steps first and see if it resolves the issue. Let us know when you've tried the suggestions, and we can resend a transaction email as a test. We can follow up after that. Thanks!
