Item sold 3 hours ago not showing in sold items

I have an item that sold over 4 hours ago but it does not show in the sold items of my shop(stud earrings). Yet one that was sold a couple days ago and cancelled as of this morning is still showing there, but when you click on it it says it's not available.

I am having the same issue. Sold an item this evening and it has not shown up. They usually show up as soon as they are sold. Weird.

I had one too. After a couple hours it finally showed up.

Hi folks,

Sorry about that. We have noticed some members experience delays on updates to the public facing Sold Items page. We are still investigating this one but we do know it's having no effect on the order itself, and is just data not finding it's way to that page in a timely fashion. We'll update when we know more. Thanks!
