Sold Items still showing in Shop

I had a person buying wholesale from me.

There seems to be a rather large delay from the time they checkout with the items to the time those items are pulled from my shop.

The buyer was trying to order items in one big order, but they were having a hard time keeping track of which items they were buying and which were still available. So they bought 5 items at first, so that they could then go back into my shop to see what was left.
BUT the 5 items they had already bought was still showing for sale in my shop.

So they would try to add it to the cart and get a message that this item has sold, but yet it was showing for sale in my shop.

The buyer found it extremely confusing, ended up checking out 4 separate times over a 30 minute period in order to sort through what was actually for sale and what had been bought already.

Is this a bug that even after they have checked out and committed to buy, I have the order under my Sold orders in my account but it still shows for sale in my shop for 10-15 minutes afterwards??

I even went to check and it showed all 16 items in my shop still, in internet explorer and firefox. And yes I did clean out my cookies and tried to check again and they still showed for sale in my shop for a period of time after they were sold.

So sorry for the trouble. I haven't heard any other reports of this but I'll definitely keep an eye out.

Are these items still appearing in your shop? If you see this happens again could you share what items were bought but continued to remain in your shop apparently for sale?

I guess it is rather rare for this situation to be noticed, because who checks their shops 5 minutes later to see the items in the shop?

But she was reserving listings and I would search the reserved listings to find which ones she missed, and it would show all the reserved ones even though she had bought 13 of 16.

It is fine right now, but it took 10-15 minutes after they were ordered before they were pulled from my shop.

Hi Janet! Thanks for the additional info. At anytime did you increase the quantity for these listings? It's possible that any issues your buyer encountered could be separate from the issue of the listings remaining in your shop.

I'm digging into this, but luckily it doesn't seem to be a widespread issue. Can you let us know if this happens with future sales? We'll be continuing to monitory this from our end.

Just curious how long it takes for the "sold orders" to record a sale? I had a sale came in this morning but seemed there is a long delay. Usually I would be able to see the buyer if I clicked on activity feed, but it shows nothing and sold orders also shows nothing.

Hi Lang We're aware of a lag with sold items displaying in the public sold items list on your main shop page, our engineers are digging into this.

I'm glad to take a closer look, could you send me the order number?

Well, that's the problem. I don't have the order number because it is not in sold order yet the items sold are appeared in my total sale. Does that make sense? So, it appears right now that I sold several items earlier today, but I don't see info from buyer. Also, I am not able to see the order under "sold orders". It has been few hours now and nothing appeared for those items appears in my "sold orders". I would forward the order number but I don't have it.
Lori, I just figured out how to get the order number by getting into the sold item. Here it is. 110575450 . it is one of the item. There are several items. I can email via a convo if you need me to. Thanks!

Hi Lang,

I think I was able to track down that order and everything seems to be in place now. Hopefully, you are seeing the same.

Some DC orders do need extra time to process. If so, we will let you know via email. Did you happen to receive such an email from us? We also send another once the process is resolved, so you should see two from us (if my assumption is correct). Let us know. Thanks!
