I ran a sale using "etsy-on-sale" over the holidays and it ended several days ago. My listings reverted back to their original prices just as they should have. BUT...the sale prices are still showing up on the listings in searches. Customers are contacting me and asking why the prices are higher when they click on an item than the prices they see in the search.

Here is an example with a search for my shop "raleighvintage". Click on the SALE listings and you'll see they're no longer on sale. :-(
www.etsy.com/search?q=raleighvintage&view_type=gallery&ship_to=US

Please fix soon so it doesn't look like I'm trying to swindle my customers!

Hi there,

From what I can tell, the only listings that still have the sale price also still have the Etsy On Sale banner. Could you double check the settings in that app to be sure you pulled everything out of sale? Once that's done, I'll see if I can determine what might be happening. Thanks!

Hi there Matt~
THANKS so much for responding!! I checked with Etsy-on-Sale and there are no errors from that app.

In the search, those listing do have the Etsy-on-Sale banner, but when you click on the listing and actually enter my shop, the listing looks as it should. It is almost like the search is picking up the way the listings looked a few days ago and missed the recent updates...is that possible?

Thanks again!

It is possible, and we are investigating just that scenario. I'll add your info to the report and let the tech team have a look. Thanks!

Thanks Matt!!!!

If it looks like I'll need to manually change all the listings (hopefully that won't be necessary as there are a lot of them), please let me know. I'm just worried that it makes me looks a little "sketchy" having one (lower) price show up in the search and then another (higher) price shows up in the shop.

Really do appreciate you and your team keeping on top of this! :-)
