My edited prices are not being shown on the etsy search. The old prices are still being shown.

Several days ago, I edited all my listings. I lowered all the prices. When I search for my items in the main feed (that the customer searches), my listings still show the old prices.

But, once they actually get into my shop, they can see the lowered prices.

I would like the main search to accurately show my lowered prices, that I changed. How do I correct this?

June Lynn, I'm having the same issue. Maybe it's a bug? You might try posting there and see if you can get a quicker response.

I had this problem a number of days ago. I emailed support. Took a couple days but they fixed it. I think its a system glitch. Seems that any editing of original price or description doesn't change in a regular search, but will show when someone actually views the item. I hope Etsy gets this fixed soon.
Thanks Everyone! I just opened my shop five weeks ago, so this is all so new to me.

Paul, how do I email support? I'd like to report this problem to them.
I just reported this thread to have it moved to the Bugs section of the Forums, so hopefully admin will help you there.

There is a link to contact Etsy Support at the bottom of the Help page (click Help at top right to get there). There's also a tiny gray "Contact" link at bottom right -- you can also get to Etsy Support from there. :-)
Thank you so much! You have all been so helpful!!!
I'm also new to Etsy and having the same issues. I sent message to Etsy

Support Group, waiting for feedback.

Hi all,

We have been tracking this issue, and there appear to be, perhaps, more than one cause; there might be an internal glitch we are looking at, but others find that clearing their cache will fix the problem, which means some are browser based.

Could each person having this issue post a few listing numbers as examples? I'll take a look at each one and try to sort it out. Thanks!
Thanks, Matt; mine are okay now. (Weird!)
