Trouble Loading Pics

I have had problems with my photos loading for about the last month, but now is really a problem. It won't upload any :(

I have not changed anything, but wondering if Etsy has made changes to the photo uploading software?

Please Help!!

have you tried cleaning out your browser's cache or tried loading the photos with a different browser? sometimes these suggesting correct the problem.

I've been having the same problem...and nothing works! They simply won't upload at all no matter what I do.

Also, be sure your pics are under the recommended maximum of 250 kb/1,000 pixels wide. Sometimes, these larger pics will load, but other times, you will have problems.
Laura, your latest listing is larger than the recommended max:

the main pic is 1,500 pixels wide, 349kb. Try resizing and see if that helps.

I cleared my history and cache last night and they loaded, but now today they won't again :(

What resizing program can someone recommend? I have a Mac

you can resize with iPhoto. drag it into iphoto, and then select your photo, go up to export, and there is an option to resize, click custom on the little dropdown menu and type in the size (I always do it at 700 to keep the file size down) then you export it back onto your desktop and upload.

We can test the photo uploads from our end using your images.

I have been having some issues since this morning-my pics will upload when I list a new item but I get an"error on page" when I hit the print preview button. Helllllp !

Hi Nancy,

I have seen that error before if a member is using IE in Compatibility View. That can have an adverse effect on a variety of websites, including Etsy. Here's a link that explains more, and how to disable it:
