Cannot Send a Convo
Every part of the Etsy site is working properly for me except when I try to send a convo. I am trying to contact a customer and every time I click send I get an error page saying the connection has timed out. This is not happening on any other site, nor any other part of the Etsy site, except when I try to send my message. I'd be appreciative if someone could look into this for me. :]

I'm so sorry about this, Rebecca! Can you let me know what happens when you try to send a Convo? If you receive an error message, let me know exactly what it says.
It won't hurt to check your browser for any add ons. Turn them off and try again to send a Convo (feel free to send test Conversations to me!). Then turn the add ons back on one at a time to see which is causing issues.

Hmm, could you try fully closing/quitting your browser, and restarting your computer? I sent some test Convos with images and didn't run into any issues, I'm also using Firefox.

If you're having difficulty sending a convo with an image attached and receive a message that the connection was reset this indicates that you're running into some connectivity issues. These are often isolated and related to the available bandwidth of your internet connection.
You may also try rebooting your router or modem. This can establish a new and ideally speedier connection to your internet service provider.
