It's also a good idea to check to see if you're running any add ons that may be interferring. Do you run into this issue only when using a certain browser? Or do you find it happens on any different browser that you try?

Also, you may want to restart you computer and router in case you may be running into some connectivity issues.

I hope this helps clear things up!

for TWO days in a row, cannot get pictures to upload to site.....what gives?

Deborah,

I just looked at your first image of your first listing and the pic is huge at 1,500px × 1,125px. Etsy suggests that your pics be greater than 570 px and no greater than 1000px per side. If you reduce the size of your pics, you will have much better luck with uploading. Yes, large pics do load sometimes (as yours did), but other times they wont and it sounds like that is what is happening.

Also, pics that are smaller and within the guidelines load faster for your customers which is a big plus! No one likes waiting for pages and images to load. When I zoom into your pics, the pics are larger than my entire screen. Pic that are so over-sized tend to show things you don't really want to show (lint, hairs, dust, tiny flaws, wrinkles in fabric, etc...). Not saying your pics show these, but I see it a lot in shop pics.

Lisa, I have done all of that and more. I keep getting that Etsy has a certificate error on the site.
Everything was fine until yesterday. This is the way I have always had my site and never an issue till now.

I use three different browsers and it happens on all of them. I have tried the clear cache as well.
