I have an open case that I need to escalate, but the function doesn't seem to work. The escalate button is there, but when I click it, the next box submit/cancel appears for half a second and then the entire screen goes foggy. Too fast to submit.

Very strange Barbara, so sorry for the trouble.
Could you try escalating the case using a different browser? This will help us understand if this is isolated to a single browser or has a broader impact.
I'd also suggest checking to see if you're using any add ons. Try disabling any add ons or extensions to see if they may be interfering.
