About me page will not preview - Where is it???

I have spent about 1 1/2 hours trying to make an about page but every time I add info and click "save and preview" it just disappears. Soooo frustrating!

Write out what you want in a program like ms word, then if some thing goes wrong and it all disappears, you can copy and paste it all back on there. The About page is a little tricky, I had issues with the pictures of me and my assistants (dogs). :-)

Elisa, I just checked out my about page, it doesn't say, save and preview. So what part is disappearing when you try to save it? Is it the part that says shop members, shop story, shop photos, or shop links, or all of the above.

Thanks Carol. Trying everything suggested. I add my photo, who I am (owner) and short bio I save it and then I add the other info. Then at the bottom of the page it says save and preview and when I click that it says that I have to enter an owner and everything disappears. I add the owner, photo, short bio and save and the other info shows back up but if I click save and preview everything disappears and says I have to enter an owner.

Changed from Chrome to Explorer and it seems to be working now.

Hi Elisa! I'm really sorry for the troubles, but I'm glad to hear you were able to get it to work in a different browser.
I wonder if perhaps there's some extensions enabled in Chrome that are causing issues. Please check to see if you have any installed, and try turning them off. I know you may not want to try again to edit the page, but if you prefer Chrome, testing this out may be worth it.
If you are able to save the About page with your extensions turned off, try turning them back on one a time to see which could be causing the problems.
