Shipping Profiles not working

I'm trying to change my shipping profiles in both of my shops but for some reason when I go to change multiple shipping profiles neither my listings nor my profiles come up....Any chance this will be fixed soon so i can update my shop with the new shipping prices? Thank you!

I am having trouble updating shipping profiles, Even after clicking save when I check my listings the old information on shipping is still visible. I have clicked the no change button to a new country rate but still no effect.
After you update your shipping profiles, you then need to apply it, it doesn't happen automagically.

After you update your profile, then go back to the shipping page and you should see your listings, they all have drop downs beside them, you need to go in and reapply your edited profile.

Thanks, Trish. This is what I'm in the process of right now.

Just want to make sure I'm doing this in the easiest way.

I updated my shipping profiles. I thought I had to then go into each listing and re-apply the shipping profile for the new prices to take effect, but it sounds like there's a different step I can take (bulk updating?).

You can find good information on creating shipping profiles here:

You can then update your listings to display your new shipping profile either individualy by editing your listing or by using our shipping profile bulk edit tool.

You can update your listing's shipping profiles in bulk from Your Shop > Shipping. From this page you can set the preferred shipping profile on multiple listings at once.

Ricki, it sounds like your listings aren't appearing on this page. Do you see them there when you try and use an alternate browser?
I'm having trouble too...earlier this morning they were working fine on my other store... Now it's messed up..it asks me where is shipping from, but I can't enter shipping from my country...and then the other choice is 'everywhere else' without letting me also separate Canada.
I'm fine now! It just looked different than on my other shop but was able to figure it out.

Huzzah! Thanks for reporting back; I'm glad to hear you worked it out.
I've tried to apply my edited shipping profile to multiple listings many times now, and it's just not working! I did it exactly as you describe above.

I get the 'no changes' dropdown. I assume that is ok, because I have not changed the name of the profile, just the shipping rates in it.

I REALLY do not want to go through all my listings and change them individually. Please help!
@ Jan, yes sadly you do need to go through and do that. They call it bulk editing it but you need to edit the listings each page at a time.
