Repeat customer with no star

I've just had an order from a repeat customer- I recognized her name but when there wasn't a star I assumed there was simply another woman with the same... until I read her notes, and she mentioned her previous purchase.

I double checked the username, to ensure she hadn't opened a new account, and then opened up the order history. Both of her orders show when you open the history, yet there's no green star to show the repeat customer.

I'll be upset if this is something Etsy's decided to change!

Can someone confirm that this is just a bug?

Aaaand it's just corrected itself! It took around 10 mins to show. Crisis averted ;)
Didn't know about the repeat customer green star. I had a repeat customer some time and knew it because of her name.

Where does the star show up?
Under your "sold orders" list, right next to their user name. It'll be on the right side of the user name. :) [It will show their avatar, user name, and then a little green star]
I don't see a star when the actual order is opened and you're viewing the invoice- just when you're in the list of open orders.

Good to hear, Laura.

Louise, it will be a small, green star right next to the buyer's name on the Sold Order page. If you hover on it, a pop-up says "Repeat Customer."

Thanks!

Edit to add: Laura wins!
Lol Matt!
Thanks everyone.
