Downloading Shipping Label Issue

When I try to download mulitipule shipping labels the system freezes and never loads.

I can download one label just fine but when I do more so that I can save paper it never loads.

Also I have AT&T Uverse for my internet.

Anyone else having this issue?

Hi Ashley,

We aren't aware of any current issues. I'll go ahead and bump the thread and see if we get other reports, though.

Are you noticing any sluggish connection issues aside from labels? Might it be one of the labels with an issue holding up the batch? Let us know if the situation changes. Thanks!

Hi Matt,

It looks like no one else is having issues huh? The only problems with sluggish connection seems to be the downloading part. It will have the loading circle bar at the bottom right but won't download more then half way each time I try to refresh. This only happens when I try to download more then 1 label.

I just figured out that I can go back and download each order's label separately so I just did that and will probably keep doing that from now on.

On occasion I've had problems downloading multiple shipping labels at once as well.

I've found that if I clear my browser's cache and try again it works much better. Here' some notes on how to clear your cache.
