Bugs unable to favorite some items

I'm having the same problem favoriting random things in treasuries. Today I was unable to favorite the treasury at all.

Hi everyone! I've seen a few reports of this today and I'd like to take a closer look.

Can you all let me know the browser and version you've used when encountering issues with Favoriting? Please also let me know the operating system you have on your computer.

having the same issue. I'm using Chrome Version 24.0.1312.57 m on Windows 7

still having this problem. I'm using Chrome but I have no clue how to get the version. I'm also not sure the operating system on this computer. I noticed I can only favorite things from the small thumbnail images, not from things listed in threads or full size images.

I seem to be able to favourite individual items now, but still can't favourite treasuries...

So sorry for any trouble with this. Tracy I just posted in the thread you created and it sounds like there are some similar issues here too.

We have seen difficulties adding items as favorites on Chrome related to the use of the API application Tailored Apps. Check your account to see if you're connected to this app. You can disable is by going to Your Account > Apps.

This application can also be used as a browser add on. If you have any further trouble check your browser's add ons and extensions and try disabling any you have running to see if it helps.
