unable to open message/convo

Have a message but page will not open...always wonder 1st if its my puter being weird and not a bug of some kind.....tanya

Hi Tanya,

That's actually a pretty good assumption; browser trouble, in particular, is the cause in many cases. Have you tried testing with a second browser? Also, if you haven't restarted your computer in a while, that can do wonders. Let us know how you're doing. Thanks!
