Original Post
I had 10 orders to ship and so I did the usual and put in all of the correct information for each shipment.
It printed 9 labels but would not print one that was going to Russia.
So... I tried repeatedly to print this label and it tells me
"Uh Oh! There was an error.
We are sorry, this shipping label cannot be printed at this time. Please try again later"
I can't figure out why it doesn't like the label and won't print it.
Please advise? Thanks!

Also I tried e-mailing etsy with the issue but the submission form will not allow me to send the message.
Is anyone else having problems with the site this morning?

So I had a few more labels to pay for and print. They went through without a hitch. This one particular label, however, will not print no matter what I do.

I saw on another thread there is an issue with Russia that is coming from Endica and etsy said they're working on it. Hope you get updates!

It sounds like you're running into a limitation on purchasing labels that intended to prevent fraud.
If you've made any changes to your address in the last week you won't be able to print shipping labels going to a few different countries, including Russia. Wait a bit and you should be able to print.
In the meantime I would recommend purchasing postage elsewhere. Apologies for the trouble!

I found how to reprint it, but it still didn't work, I 'll try a different browser, I'm using Opera maybe that's the problem.

Good to hear you were able to proceed. Opera has a pretty strong user base, unfortunately, it is not one of our supported browsers, so you may occasionally find you have issues with it on isolated features. Here's the official list of the browsers we support. Thanks!
