Original Post

I have recently turned off Search Adds. However it still says I am promoting 5 items.

I have deleted these but they reappear and the message tells me I am promoting 5 items.

When I delete them all it tells me that I am still promoting 1 item. I go out of the screen, come back and the 5 items reappear.

Also I changed from $5.00 a week to $10.00 a week before I stopped them. I now no longer have the option of $5.00 a week, even though the help area shows this as an option.

Really annoying and frustrating me as I'm concerned I'm still paying for something I don't want at the moment.

Been through it all again. Deleted all items - at the top of the page it says I am not promoting anything.

At the bottom of the page it says I am promoting 1 item.

Just absolute nonsense and nonsensical!

Hi Diane....does face cream have something to do with Search Ads?

This thread is about search ads so perhaps you have posted in the wrong place.

Catherine, maybe Diane thinks your frustration is causing you wrinkles? JK!

ROFL......I think she's right! I wondered where those rotten lines came from, I'm sure they weren't there this morning, lol!

Her message is really odd....check out her Etsy page - or is Diane a He as it states "Male" under the blurb.

There is no Etsy shop and the link leads to a web page. A bit suspect.

Hi Catherine,

To end a search ad campaign you'll want to use the 'Stop your ads' button on the Search Ads page.

You can find a bit more information about ending your campaign here:
