Would you buy your own product?

I know its a weird question, but would you buy your own product for yourself....Or...... do you hone a paricular skill/craft that allows you to make and sell something you necessarily wouldn't get yourself? Example: making something for kids, but you don't have any, or sell jewelry but never personally wear any.


I would buy what I make. I'm glad I make and sell what I'd buy myself.

I would by my own items for my son... and probably myself since I think I play with the crayons more than he does!

and I'm not into nick-nacks, just love making them :)


...but the whimsy part would tempt though :D

Heck no! But seeing as I sell vintage jewelry collected by my relatives, I wouldn't have to buy it. I have kept stuff that is my ring size and that I can see myself wearing but am selling the rest.

I however, always desperately want to buy other seller's vintage jewelry.

I sell what I would buy.......if I have no interest in it then I won't sell it. I think it helps to have a real passion for what you sell.

I don't have children, so no I wouldn't buy my own products. :)

I have a passion for what I make, I just don't have a need for it. :)
